Dr. Winnie Uchendu is a UK-trained family medicine consultant and health coach, who earned her medical degree from The University of Bristol and her psychology degree from King’s College London University.

Dr. Winnie is a qualified health and wellness coach who is passionate about empowering her clients to create attainable and realistic health goals, in line with their values and interests. She uses her interpersonal skills and expertise in human behaviour to support her clients in transforming their daily habits and their overall health in a sustainable way.

Dr Winnie believes that healthcare should focus on finding the root cause of disease and addressing contributory lifestyle factors. She seeks to take a collaborative, individualised and holistic approach to her management in order to yield the best outcomes for her clients.
