Breast Augmentation
Are you looking for fuller, rounder breasts? Would you like to restore your youthfulness after weight fluctuations, breastfeeding or aging? At Enhance, we offer breast augmentation surgery that enlarges and enhances the breasts with the insertion of sterile silicone gel or saline implants into the breast tissue to help you achieve your desired look.
How long does recovery take?
The recovery process can take a few days. You will feel discomfort and pain at least for four days after the surgery. Medicines will be prescribed to you. Bruising is common and you will feel numbness in the nipple area or areola. The time frame for sensation restoration varies from patient to patient. It’s advisable to take a rest for a week or two. You will have redness where the incisions were made, but these will disappear after a couple of weeks
Breast Augmentation Revision
There are many reasons that cause your breast implants to shift from their previous state, pregnancy, breastfeeding and weight loss/gain are the most common.
Breast augmentation revision is a surgery that replaces your existing breast implants with new ones at the same time altering or enhancing your breast’s appearance. At Enhance, we offer this surgery to help our clients restore their original appearance, adjust the type or size of their implants and correct any deviations that have arisen from a previous breast augmentation.
How long does recovery take?
Recovery from breast revision surgery is faster than an initial breast augmentation, most women can get back to their normal daily activities within two to three days.
Breast lift
A breast lift is a surgical procedure that raises and reshapes sagging or deflated-looking breasts. Clients looking for lifting as well as increased volume in their breasts can get a breast lift and augmentation surgery together.
How long does recovery take?
Your breasts will be bruised, swollen, and uncomfortable for a day or two, but the pain shouldn’t be severe. Any discomfort you feel can be relieved with medications prescribed by your surgeon
Within a few days, the bandages or surgical bra will be replaced by a soft support bra. You’ll need to wear this bra for three to four weeks, over a layer of gauze. The stitches will be removed after a week or two.
Breast Reduction
Large breasts can cause back and neck pain, skeletal deformities, difficulty breathing and other difficulties.
Breast reduction surgery removes fat, glandular tissue, and skin from the breasts, resulting in smaller, lighter, and tighter breasts. Areola size can also be reduced. The aim is to give you better-shaped breasts in proportion with the rest of your body. Recovery takes about two weeks.
How long does recovery take?
Recovery takes about two weeks.
Gynecomastia (male breasts) Surgery
Gynecomastia is an increase in the amount of breast gland tissue in males. It is caused by a hormone imbalance which can be related to obesity, thyroid problems and hormonal drugs e.g. steroids.
How long does recovery take?
Recovery of gynecomastia removal varies from person to person, but four to six weeks is the average recovery time. Strenuous exercise and lifting of heavy objects (more than 2 kg) is strongly prohibited during this period.
