Double Chin Liposuction
A chin liposuction is a surgical procedure done to remove the excess of fat cells under the chin, commonly called double chin. This procedure is done under local anaesthesia.
Double chin liposuction can be done by microaire or vaser liposuction.
• Microaire Lipo is a power assisted liposuction used for a more precise and effective liposuction.
• Vaser Lipo is the latest generation of ultrasound assisted liposuction for enhanced results and recovery.
The final results will be achieved within four weeks of the surgery, after residual swelling has settled and the area is fully healed.
After the surgery, expect minimal pain easily controlled with medication. The client will be required to use a compression garment according to the surgeon’s indications. The downtime associated with this procedure is minimal and many clients are able to return to their usual activities within seven days. The scars are minimal and with appropriate post-surgery care will disappear with time.
