Raffle Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The campaign is open to UAE residents aged 18 years and above.
    • Employees of the company, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the campaign are not eligible to enter.

  2. Participating Doctors:

    • The services are available from the following doctors: (we need the full name of the doctors)

  5. Dr. Zenat Nazzal
  6. Dr. Lamiaa Hamie

  1. Eligible Services:

    • Any cosmetic service, excluding surgical procedures.
    • Minimum spend of 650 AED + VAT per visit.
    • The offer can be used on an ongoing promotion or package.
    • Services must be paid for by 31st March 2025. If a package is paid for, the remaining sessions can be carried out after 31st March 2025.

      • Only one entry will be counted if a package is paid fully

  2. Entry into the Raffle:

    • To enter the raffle, participants must book an appointment through the app and avail an eligible service.
    • Each eligible service availed will count as one entry into the raffle (refer to monimum spend per visit).

  3. Raffle Draw:

    • The raffle draw will take place after Eid Al Fitr. The exact date and time will be announced on our website and social media channels.
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  4. Prize:

    • The prize is a designer wallet worth of AED4,300.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

  5. Notification of Winner:

    • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the raffle draw.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

  6. General Conditions:

    • By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • The company’s decision in all matters relating to the campaign is final and binding.

Dispute Resolution and Warranty

  • Campaign-Related Disputes:

    • Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these campaign terms and conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the participant and the company. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter shall be subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    • “The company’s liability is limited to the terms of this campaign. Any issues arising from the medical services provided by the doctors are outside the scope of this campaign’s liability.
    • Clarification of your role:
    • It is important to understand that the role of [Your Company Name] in this campaign is to provide a platform for promotional activity, and to organize the raffle. We are not a medical provider. Therefore any problems that arise from the medical procedures themselves, are the sole responsibility of the medical provider.
